Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Open

If you make your purchase during a business day, your order is typically sent out on the same day, provided the item is available and in stock. Your order can take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered. Any orders made outside of normal working hours will be processed the next working day.

Is tracking available for my order? Open

The courier will send an email or text with tracking details in. If you have any questions about your order delivery, please email your order number and postcode to sales@tradefire.co.uk or you can ring the customer service line to speak to one of our team on 01332 546 750.

What are my delivery options? Open

We operate standard delivery terms, which are calculated during the checkout process. At Trade Fire, our goal is to achieve the most efficient delivery available, but this is dependant on stock availability and the couriers we use. Whilst we strive for the best service possible, but this is sometimes out of our control.

Can you guarantee next-day delivery? Open

We strive to deliver as efficiently as possible, but our ability to deliver next day depends on the products you have purchased. We would advise you to contact our customer service team on 01332 546 750 to discuss the delivery options available for your specific order.

How do I return an item? Open

If you are returning an item, kindly inform us at sales@tradefire.co.uk or via telephone 01332 546 750, within 14 days of receiving the item. We will need to understand which items are to be returned and why and discuss the process and return address.

Our operating hours are:

Monday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

We remain closed during weekends and on bank holidays.

Do all products have the same lead time? Open

Since we acquire products from different suppliers with varying lead times, it's important to note that not all of our products share the same lead time.

How do I set up an account? Open

To set up an account, click on "Sign In & Sign Up" located in the upper right corner of the website (next to the basket) and then select "Register."

How do I change and check my account details? Open

To alter or verify your account information, just log in to your account and select "Profile Details" under the "My Account" section.

All of your account information can be managed in the customer portal section of the Trade Fire website located in the very top menu on the right side of the website.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it? Open

In order to reset a password, access "My Account," sign in, and then select "Forgot Your Password." Follow the prompt to enter your email and click on "Reset Password." Subsequently, you will be provided with a new password and a sign-in link via email.
