If you make your purchase during a business day, your order is typically sent out on the same day, provided the item is available and in stock. Your order can take up to 3-5 working days to be delivered. Any orders made outside of normal working hours will be processed the next working day.

We operate standard delivery terms, which are calculated during the checkout process. At Trade Fire, our goal is to achieve the most efficient delivery available, but this is dependant on stock availability and the couriers we use. Whilst we strive for the best service possible, but this is sometimes out of our control.

If you are returning an item, kindly inform us at sales@tradefire.co.uk or via telephone 01332 546 750, within 14 days of receiving the item. We will need to understand which items are to be returned and why and discuss the process and return address.

Since we acquire products from different suppliers with varying lead times, it's important to note that not all of our products share the same lead time.

To alter or verify your account information, just log in to your account and select "Profile Details" under the "My Account" section.
All of your account information can be managed in the customer portal section of the Trade Fire website located in the very top menu on the right side of the website.
In order to reset a password, access "My Account," sign in, and then select "Forgot Your Password." Follow the prompt to enter your email and click on "Reset Password." Subsequently, you will be provided with a new password and a sign-in link via email.
